The evaluation demo version of V-Ray RT has the following limitations. These limitations are not present in the full version.
# 320 x 240 maximum resolution for the ActiveShade preview, whether in a floating window, or in the viewports;
# Maximum 15 geometric objects in the scene (without limitations to their size);
# The ActiveShade preview will close automatically after 180 seconds (3 minutes);
# Maximum 5 ActiveShade sessions per 3ds Max session are permitted.
